INTRODUCTION
So,if we take care of ourselves,we can protect ourselves against vulnerability.This means we are more likely to be able to cope with the mental pain that is so often associated with emotionally distressing situations.
Self Care
Self care skill stresses the importance of looking after ourselves.we may not have caused our problems but we do have a reponsibility to change things for the better.Looking after ourselves with the intention of restoring our physical or mental health, treating or preventing disease is our own responsibility and no one else can do it for us.
Self care is about taking charge of our own health decisions and doing the best we can to get and stay physically and mentally fit.
#Self Care is sleeping and exercising to maintain physical and good mental #Health & #Fitness.
It is also eating well,practicing good personal hygiene and and avoiding health hazards such as smoking,drinking,and taking drugs.Furthermore,it is taking care of minor physical problems and long term health conditions.We can build up our immunity and natural resources to enable us to deal with distress.

Anxiety in uncertain times.
Anxiety is both normal and acceptable.In fact it is part of our historical make up. The fact we are living in these strange circumstances is irrelevant. Humanity has survived through many strange happenings.Anxiety may well of contributed to their successful outcomes.
The key thing is to recognise it, useing it to highten your altertness/ and awareness. In short'Manage it.'It is of parramount importance that you own it, use it to your ends. It is part of you.
So, step back and recognize what is going on. Regain control and self-mange. In addition it is important to reflect, and Learn from your experience. By doing so you will change negative thoughts into positive thoughts. So, then you will feel how you think.
Tolerating Uncertainty
Risk is inherent to existence.The fact that you don't know what the future holds is grounds for calculated risks and experiments,not avoidance, reassurance-seeking or safety precautions.You can make educated decisions and take calculated risks,but if you accept that 100 per cent certainty is exceptionally rare, you can reduce undue anxiety and worry.
You know you are mortal and therefore destined to die one day, however, in order to remain sane, one keeps that knowledge on the outer track of your consciousness.
Moreover, you live in an uncertain world every day of your life. So, embrace the fact, enjoy it,Relegate it to your peripheral vision.
Health and productive people tend to be prepared to tolerate a degree of risk and uncertainty. Safety comes at a cost,i.e.fewer rewards,less excitement and furthermore,fewer new experiences.
